Another iconic landmark of Halifax, with the streets of Sowerby Bridge and sunset in the backdrop. My vibrant take on this monumental building. Something I drive past most days; when you sit back and actually look at the detail and presence of it, it’s actually stunning. With the quaint little streets of Sowerby Bridge in the backdrop, I really enjoyed painting this piece and finding this angle to get so much of the backdrop in it.
